Positions:
Prospective MSc. I accept MSc students through the Computational Science and Complex Systems and Policy programs.
Prospective PhDs. PhD opportunities in the Netherlands occur mostly through projects, not through a PhD program or university scholarships. Exceptions are scholarships through external foundations that finance your PhD (which are categorized as external PhDs). I'm happy to discuss your application to a specific foundation that you have in mind.
Prospective Postdocs. Similar to PhD students, but with more external opportunities. I'm happy to discuss applications to grants like Veni (NWO), Marie Skłodowska-Curie Actions, HFSP (focus on evolutionary theory), Schmidt Science Fellowships, or others, including with research stays.
OPEN: Research Assistant/Lab manager (till 01/05/2025)
CLOSED: Web-based “thinking tool” for public health policymakers in Amsterdam - Front-end Web Developer / Designer
CLOSED: Web-based “thinking tool” for public health policymakers in Amsterdam - Back-end Developer / Data & AI Integrator
